Very good explanation of the dusting process as to the reason why and the results. One suggestion is to consider joining Toastmasters. Public speaking is a must if you are going to set yourself apart as the expert. Go to toastmasters.org/findaclub/ to find a club that fits your schedule. It is inexpensive.
