Return of equipment or merchandise:
 

In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, excluding special orders, simply return the item for a full credit, replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt! There’s no hassle, no "third degree", no worrying about getting a refund.

However, in order for us to issue you a refund, we must have all such items returned within 30 days of purchase. When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. New equipment should be tested for a few minutes in a controlled environment before normal use. We reserve the right to deny claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Please call us for specific instructions. 1-866-885-7847. 

Return of equipment acquired through the RugBadger.com 7 day "no money" free trial:
If you were sent any equipment from RugBadger.com through the 7 day no money" free trial, you have seven days to decide if you want to send it back. After the 7 days no returns will be accepted an your credit card will be charged the full amount. 

Damage in Shipment: 
All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier; U.P.S. driver, truck driver, etc. Please retain the original carton as it is often needed as part of a claim settlement.  

Shortage of Merchandise: 
In the event that you receive an order that shows an item shipped, but the item (s) are not in the box, please notify us immediately or in as timely a manner as possible.
