We love our new Rug Badger!

The quality of the machine is truly outstanding; the communication and buying experience was like no other.

 

Now I have your head inflated J, let me tell you what we love the MOST: handing bags of dust, dirt, dander, pollen, allergens, moth larva and who knows what else, to our customer and watching their face as I EARN a customer for life! When they realize what was in their rug/ home and how we go it out with the Rug Badger, they realize the NEED to bring their rugs to us.

  

One gentleman told me that he was going home with the dirt to show his wife how dirty her house was. I had to calm him down and explain that we get the same results from ALL the rugs Badger; it wasn’t just his wife's housekeepingJ.

I also had another customer remind me that I just cleaned her rug a year ago; why was it so dirty! That was a nervous moment until I explained to her how we had improved our cleaning system with the addition of the Rug Badger and how pleased we were to offer the new process at the same price.

 

We’ve cleaned rugs for 80+ years, but I say with confidence that we are now doing a better job than ever before, thanks to the Rug Badger!
